FRAMINGHAM, MA -- Call it Joe Friday --- or maybe the caffeine equivalent of March Madness: Either way, the Framingham-based convenience store chain Cumberland Farms said it will be giving away free cups of its Farmhouse Blend coffee for the next three March Fridays.
New Englanders are certainly java-crazed as the coffee competition between Dunkin' Donuts and McDonald's can attest. Looking to raise its coffee profile, Cumberland Farms debuted its Farmhouse Blend in the fall of 2008. Today Cumberland Farms said it will be offering a free cup of that coffee to customers on March 11, March 18, and March 25.
