Ron was named to his current position in 2010. He is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, GAAP and income tax compliance, accounting controls and policies and general ledger accounting systems. Previously he was the CFO of a Gulf subsidiary specializing in alternate fuels.
Prior to Gulf, he was the CFO of an international freight and logistics company, where he managed all financial aspects of the company including its ownership buyout, sale and ultimate integration into the DHL Worldwide system. Ron is also an Ernst & Young alumnus, where he served as Audit Manager in the Boston office Emerging Business group.
Ron has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
