Patricia started her career with Cumberland Farms, Inc in 1985. She has served in various roles within the Human Resources Department during her tenure. As Vice President of Human Resources in a Shared Service role, she is responsible for integrating all aspects of employment-related issues between the two companies. She is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a BS in Psychology with a specialized concentration in Industrial Personnel. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
