Mark joined Cumberland Farms at the time of the original Gulf assets acquisition in 1986. Prior to joining us, he was corporate counsel with Exxon Company USA, Inc. Mark's specialties include general corporate, environmental, litigation, and petroleum issues. He is a member of the bars of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington, D.C. Mark completed his undergraduate work at Colby College in 1978 after working for U.S. Senator Edmund Muskie (D. ME) and graduated from Boston College School of Law in 1981.
