Joseph H. Petrowski, CEO, The Cumberland Gulf Group

Joe has had a long career in international commodity trading, energy and retail management and public policy development. In 2005, he was named President and CEO of Gulf Oil LP and elected to the Gulf Oil LP Board of Directors. In October of 2008 he was named CEO of the now combined Gulf Oil and Cumberland Farms whose annual revenues exceed $11 billion and who now operate in 27 states. Joe is also a Board member of South Jersey Industries (NYSE ticker symbol "SJI") a natural gas utility and diversified energy services company in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He is a member of its Compensation, Audit, and Governance Committee as well as Chairman of its non-regulated subsidiary. Joe is also past Chairman of the New England Power Pool Board of Review as well as a current Board member of The Henry Kravitz Leadership Institute in Los Angeles, California. Joe is a past President of Consolidated Natural Gas in Pittsburgh and Louis Dreyfus Energy. He has written numerous articles on energy, management, public policy, and market development and is a frequent guest on Fox News, CNBC and Bloomberg News. He has been a contributing editor to the Wall Street Journal and has testified before Congress and several regulatory agencies on energy, trade and public policy issues. Joe graduated with honors from Harvard College in 1976 with a degree in economics and government.
