Jim was named to his current position in December 2010. He is responsible for spearheading the implementation of new and modified business systems for both Gulf Oil and the Assured Dealer divisions. Included in this responsibility is the monitoring and enforcing of internal controls and written policies. Jim also serves as the Committee chairman of the Risk Committee for Gulf Oil, reporting any findings to the Board on a quarterly basis.
Prior to joining Gulf Oil, Jim held various Chief Financial Officer and Controller roles at several Transportation related companies, including Budget Rent-a-Car Systems, Inc, Lily Truck Leasing Corporation and Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad.
Jim holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University and an MBA in Finance from Babson College.
