Diane Boissonneault is Associate General Counsel of the Cumberland Gulf Group and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Law Department. In addition, she oversees the Risk Management and Records Retention Departments. Ms. Boissonneault has over 15 years experience as a corporate attorney with expertise in corporate finance, M&A and commercial law. Prior to joining the Cumberland Gulf Group in 2001, Ms. Boissonneault was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. Ms. Boissonneault holds a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Maine at Orono and a J.D. from Suffolk University.
