Caroline has served as our Vice President of Compliance and Financial Reporting since August of 2006. In this capacity, she is responsible for financial reporting along with the external audit, internal audit, field audit, purchasing, and numerous compliance related functions.
Prior to joining the Cumberland Gulf Group in 2005, Caroline worked in financial reporting at The GEO Group, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida, and at Cabot Corporation in Boston. Caroline began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP and transferred to Ernst and Young LLP upon Andersen’s closure. She holds a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.
