David has served as the Vice President of Supply and Distribution since January 2009. David is responsible for the procurement of refined petroleum products and ethanol for the Gulf Oil distribution network.
David has over 20 years of experience in the petroleum industry, most recently serving the roles of Gulf Oil Petroleum Operations Manager, Director of Branded Marketing Operations and Vice President, Director of Physical Supply and Trading.
David holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
